哈爾濱拓百世環(huán)保涂料有限公司（Harbin Tobice Green Coatings Co.,Ltd.）成立于2015年，是集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、施工、技術(shù)指導(dǎo)為一體的中美合資高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。拓百世公司主營TC-R屋面隔熱防水產(chǎn)品，該產(chǎn)品概念起源于1968年，用于緩解城市熱島效應(yīng)、減少碳排放量。產(chǎn)品由國際知名化工企業(yè)提供原材料，并在美國配方的基礎(chǔ)上做出多項(xiàng)本土化改良，植入根治國內(nèi)屋面節(jié)能防水頑固癥所需元素，實(shí)現(xiàn)屋面節(jié)能防水新材料的本土化生產(chǎn)。
針對中國專業(yè)屋面材料的困境，中國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究院，于2017年聯(lián)合我公司推出了外露型全屋面專項(xiàng)圖集2017CPXY-J403《TC-R屋面隔熱防水建筑構(gòu)造》，此圖集顛覆了傳統(tǒng)屋面建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，提出了屋面外露型防水新結(jié)構(gòu)、全屋面隔熱防水一體化等五個(gè)行業(yè)技術(shù)。該產(chǎn)品體系已成功應(yīng)用于中國石油、中儲(chǔ)糧、中國鐵塔股份有限公司等多個(gè)行業(yè)，并獲得良好客戶反饋。
拓百世公司已獲得“全國建筑節(jié)能產(chǎn)品推薦證書”、“ISO14001環(huán)境體系認(rèn)證”等榮譽(yù)和發(fā)明專利（專利號2017114881111，2018100743500）。全線產(chǎn)品通過了“中國環(huán)境標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證”，具備中國政府采購?fù)稑?biāo)資格。
拓百世在全中國大多數(shù)的省份擁有了產(chǎn)品大面積應(yīng)用的案例，不但節(jié)能效果顯著，更是國內(nèi)30年超長質(zhì)保的屋面防水、隔熱體系，并結(jié)合結(jié)合了新型的EMC（Energy Manage Contracting）、SMC（Service Manage Contracting）等多元化運(yùn)營模式。

In response to the dilemma of China's professional roofing materials, China Academy of building standards design and research, in 2017, jointly with our company, launched tc-r roof thermal insulation and waterproof building structure, a special Atlas 2017cpxy-j403, which subverted the traditional roof building structure, and proposed five industry technologies, including new exposed roof waterproof structure and integration of roof thermal insulation and waterproof. The product system has been successfully applied to many industries such as PetroChina, China storage grain, China iron tower Co., Ltd., and has received good customer feedback.
TOBICE passed the ISO9001,ISO14001 international management and environment,such as security anthentication.All products passed the “CA”，Chinese enviornment mark product certification ,hasthe chinese government procurement bidding qualification TOBICE will shorten the chasm between China and United states in construction material marketing and working technologies.
